As architectural concepts become more complex and sophisticated, it is increasingly necessary to find a specialist who can enhance the building design with the best lighting. At Schweppe Lighting Design, Incorporated, we believe that lighting should be clean, simple, and adapted to each particular environment.
In our first twenty five years of operation, we have handled such important and diverse projects as the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum; Microsoft Research Offices; Boston Convention Center Hotel; Foxwoods Hotel and Casino; John Adams Courthouse (Massachusetts Supreme Court); EMC2 Headquarters (office spaces); UMASS Medical, Worcester, MA; American University of Cairo (new campus and buildings); and Harvard University President’s House (renovation). We have been a part of over twenty LEED certified projects including five at the Gold Level.
The record we have established for guiding clients to the lighting options best suited to their needs is rooted in these fundamental principles:
First, as a firm dedicated exclusively to lighting design, we are able to approach each project with confident expertise and to apply the most appropriate technology to whatever challenge we are given.
Secondly, in this cost and energy conscious era, we utilize a design to compliment and conserve energy and costs based on each individual project’s needs and requirements.
Most important of all, however, is the service we provide. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness to each client’s concerns. We are happy to help with information, answers to questions, or solutions to problems, and our design work is always ready in a prompt and timely manner.
